FDI对城市雾霾污染影响的空间计量研究——以珠三角地区为例

摘要：

本文运用空间计量经济学方法,探讨了2006-2013年珠三角地区FDI和雾霾污染的空间相关性问题以及FDI对珠三角地区雾霾污染的影响。首先探索性空间数据分析技术发现珠三角地区FDI和雾霾污染均存在较为显著的空间自相关性,并且FDI与雾霾污染在地理分布上形成了不同的聚集区域,FDI高值聚集区是雾霾污染的低值聚集区,FDI低值聚集区也是雾霾污染的高值聚集区。在此基础上,进一步运用空间计量经济模型实证检验FDI对珠三角地区雾霾污染的影响,发现FDI有利于改善珠三角地区的雾霾污染,"污染天堂"假说在珠三角地区并不存在,同时三大产业的FDI对珠三角地区雾霾污染也有负向影响,但与FDI总体样本的改善作用并不完全相同。
