就业能力、实习经历与高校毕业生就业——基于山东省2007届高校毕业生的实证检验

摘要：

文章利用山东省2007届高校毕业生就业能力与就业状况调查数据,采用Probit模型实证分析了就业能力和实习经历对毕业生就业的作用,并对就业能力影响因素进行了检验。研究发现,就业能力是促进毕业生就业的决定性因素。与专业相关的实习经历不仅能够提升就业能力,更重要的是,对毕业生就业也有独立的促进作用。
