<正>术后认知功能障碍(postopera-tive cognitive dysfunction,POCD)是指手术麻醉后数天内发生的意识、认知、定向、思维、记忆以及睡眠等方面的紊乱,是一种可逆的、具有波动性的急性精神紊乱综合征。常发生于术后前3 d,通常又被称为术后精神障碍。POCD虽常为暂时性功能障碍,但与术后死亡率增加、住院时间延长、功能障碍、术后长期照看及医疗费用增加等方面都有关系。据估计在美国每年约有1250万名≥65岁或以上的住院老年人,其中至少有20%发生了POCD。如果发
