高管薪酬与R&D投入——基于2006年国家第一批103家创新型试点企业

摘要：

本文以中国三部委于2006年推出的103家创新型试点企业2007年至2009年的研发投入数据为样本。在控制了宏观政策而这个因素后,分别实证检验公司第t-1期高管、董事长和总经理的薪酬对公司第t期R&D投资强度的影响。结果发现薪酬激励对公司R&D投入显著正向影响,且董事长薪酬激励显著大于总经理薪酬激励所带来的对R&D投入正向影响的效应。
