从“表现主义”到“本质主义”——大学学术评价指标化的支配及其超越

摘要
学术评价指标化遵循表现主义行动逻辑,是行政问责与学术排行的产物。当前学术评价大多以简单可测的指标为基础,注重阶段性表现。学术评价对象的动态性、主体的多元性与环境的交互性加剧了学术评价系统的复杂性与不确定性。学术评价指标化在实践中存在诸多争议,诱发不少负效应。科学的学术评价应以同行评议的代表作制度为基础,辅之以丰富的个案与量化证据为支撑,兼顾实质性内部评价和表现性外部评价,构建政府部门引导评价、社会机构参与评价和大学执行评价的学术评价机制。超越指标化评价导向亟须培植成熟的学术共同体,完善同行评议机制,理顺学术评价内外部关系,涵养稳健的学术文化生态。
