摘要
本文提出了一个装配规划与设计的集成系统,该系统借助于产品数据转换标准STEP实现了在装配规划和装配设计之间的产品数据交换.系统由CAD子系统、产品建模子系统和装配规划子系统所组成.产品模型符合STEP标准,大多采用集成资源中的实体,部分采用对装配规划必需的自定义实体.提出了一个简化的装配顺序生成方法,它适用于复杂装配体的装配规划.从优化总装配时间的角度对生成的装配顺序进行了评价.
