摘要：

美国次贷危机爆发后,随着各国中央银行前瞻性指引实践的深入,前瞻性指引逐渐上升为理论界和实务界关注的问题,相关的理论和实证研究也涌现出来。本文从中央银行前瞻性指引的内涵、传导机制、积极作用及潜在风险和有效性四个方面,对中央银行前瞻性指引研究的国外最新文献展开评述,总结当前中央银行前瞻性指引研究的不足,并指出未来前瞻性指引研究的可能发展方向,以此促进各界对该问题的进一步关注。
