摘要
学习管理系统已经成为无处不在的工具,用于支持课堂教学和远程教育教学。它们的主要优势是把传统教学的很多功能和教学方法数字化和自动化。与此同时,社交网络也已经成为无处不在的工具,用于师生的交流、娱乐和非正式学习。本文分析了这两种工具的特点、优势和局限,以及具有创新精神的远程教育工作者如何融合两者优势的尝试。文章最后介绍了加拿大阿萨巴斯卡大学融合社交网络和学习管理系统的案例。
