<正>随着我国人口老龄化的日益加重,老年骨质疏松性骨折患者逐渐增多。其中髋部骨折对老年患者的生活质量有严重影响,甚至会危及生命[1]。随着老年骨折逐渐成为创伤骨科面临的重要疾病类型,如何更好地治疗老年髋部骨折,成为骨科医生面临的一项重要工作。一、老年髋部骨折患者治疗的目的是尽快恢复其活动能力老年人发生髋部骨折后,治疗的目的是尽快恢复患者的活动能力,避免卧床以及由此所带来的并发症,例如坠积性肺炎、褥疮、泌尿系统感染等。对其中绝大多数身体状况较好的患者,手术治疗是首选。为了达
