IOS探索性应用、协同知识创造与供应链柔性——市场不确定性的调节作用

摘要：

从组织学习视角出发,构建了IOS探索性应用、协同知识创造以及供应链柔性的关系模型,并考察了市场不确定性的调节作用。采用PLS方法进行假设检验,结果显示:IOS探索性应用对供应链柔性有显著的正向影响,并且协同知识创造在其中起着部分中介作用;在市场不确定性越大的外部环境下,信息系统的探索性应用越能影响企业的协同知识创造;同时在市场不确定性越大的环境下,企业的协同知识创造对供应链柔性的影响就越强。
