绩效考核目的的维度与影响效果

摘要
绩效考核目的是指员工感知到的组织使用绩效考核工具的最终目的。学术界对绩效考核目的的维度仍存在争议,但划分为评估目的和发展目的已得到基本认可;绩效考核目的的影响效果可以从绩效评级、工作满意度、组织公平感、任务绩效和组织公民行为方面得到体现。加强绩效考核目的的实证研究、探索绩效考核目的的影响因素及影响机制等是绩效考核目的未来的研究方向。
