国外图书馆社交媒体研究热点分析及启示

摘要：
基于R语言开发的Bibliometrix软件包,对WOS中近10年图书馆社交媒体相关文献进行了聚类分析,并从图书馆员认知与态度、图书馆社交媒体用户使用行为、社交媒体发布内容主题及服务等方面,对国外图书馆社交媒体的研究热点进行了归纳分析,进而得出充分挖掘社交媒体平台功能、整体规划发布内容,保护用户隐私、加强用户需求及信息行为的研究,重视基于社交媒体的图书馆社区建设及服务等启示和建议。
