在线学习过程中如何实施有效的反馈——基于自我调节学习理论的在线反馈探讨

摘要
诸多研究表明,学生的学习过程及结果取决于他们收到的反馈的质量。教与学时空分离环境下学习者所表现出的自我调节学习需要借助恰当的反馈来推进。针对不同视域下的反馈,可以将问题集中在"谁来反馈""何时反馈""如何反馈"三个层面。从自我调节学习理论的视角看,须借助"外部反馈向内部反馈转化""同步与异部反馈融合""教育性与反思性反馈结合"三条路径来实现有效的在线反馈。同时,为了更好地发挥在线学习反馈的优势,在线学习活动的组织实施还需实现教师功能定位的转变、在线学习环境的优化及学习者对学习过程的主导。
