摘要
近年来,社会责任消费者和社会责任消费行为日益受到学术界和营销者的关注,本文基于国内外社会责任消费行为已有的研究成果,对社会责任消费行为的影响因素和社会责任消费行为的测量进行了梳理和评述,并在研究现状的基础上提出未来社会责任消费行为发展的研究领域。
