摘要：

自 1 98 6年Mahoney和Desktop将人力资源管理研究划分为宏观和微观两个研究分支以来 ,人力资源管理宏观与微观研究都取得了显著的进步 ,但两者一直处于互不交融的状态 ,各自沿着独立的轨道发展。本文回顾了人力资源管理研究在过去几年内的进展 ,在此基础上以更加整合的研究视角 ,指出了已有研究的局限性和未来研究的发展方向
