摘要：

提高和维持老年人的内在能力水平是改善老年人功能发挥以及促进其健康老龄化的核心。文章对内在能力的概念、老年人整合照护工具以及内在能力认知、活力、运动、心理和感觉维度的测量方式与评分方式进行综述，旨在为后续研究的开展提供参考和依据。
