摘要：

人格是影响人们行为的一个重要因素,不论是在心理学还是在教育学界都受到了广泛关注,然而父母的人格对其教养行为及教养方式的影响却没有受到足够的重视。无论是国内还是国外都更关注影响教养行为的环境因素,那么,究竟人格在教养中扮演着怎样的角色,二者之间是否还存在中介变量,这些问题都还没有得到解决。笔者将探讨父母的人格特质对其教养行为的影响,分析父母人格、教养行为与儿童发展的关系,通过对以往国内外的研究进行综述,来探讨父母的人格是如何影响教养方式以及未来研究的方向。
