组织势:研究现状与未来研究展望

摘要：
通过对组织势以往研究的综述,总结了学者们对组织势定义的3种视角:概念应用视角、系统构型视角和战略行为视角,比较了不同视角下研究方法和研究结论的差异性。此外,提出对组织势未来研究的建议与展望,旨在加深对组织势的清晰化和本土化理解,进而更有效地指导管理实践。
