中国对“一带一路”沿线各国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应分析

摘要：

按东道国研发资本密集程度划分,中国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资促进我国技术进步的不同作用和机理,并利用2003—2014年省级面板数据进行实证检验。发现中国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资都能够产生逆向技术溢出效应;我国对"一带一路"沿线国家对外直接投资获得的逆向技术溢出通过人力资本消化吸收;虽然国内研发资本存量对我国全要素生产率影响不显著,但国内研发资本存量对中国从一带一路沿线国家对外直接投资渠道获得的逆向技术溢出具有显著的吸收作用。
