农村教师对后进学生刻板印象的测量研究

摘要：

教师对学生的评价与期望对于学生的发展具有重要影响,但教师的刻板印象与日常偏见相比更有隐蔽性,难以直接测量。本文运用问卷实验的研究方法,随机抽样选取75所农村初中的254位教师,请教师给学生的作文进行评分,在作文的首页随机提供学生是否为"后进生"的信息,利用一手实证数据测量出教师的刻板印象会导致后进学生的成绩平均降低0.47—0.67个标准差。建议政策制定者应从消除农村教师对学生的刻板印象角度考虑制定相应对策。
