摘要：

土地集约利用是中国新型城镇化战略的核心内容之一,也是经济增长"新常态"和资源存量优化背景下中国城市发展的新方向之一,同时,土地的集约利用也为从根本上、长远上塑造可持续城市交通格局提供了不可多得的机会,如何把握土地集约利用的新机遇,是中国城市交通可持续发展政策所迫切需要考虑的问题。从居民出行效应视角入手,深入剖析了土地集约利用对于交通可持续性的积极作用和可能的负面影响,讨论了土地集约利用对于交通可持续政策的新需求和新挑战,为进一步探讨新形势下可持续城市交通规划理论提供了依据。
