人口老龄化与日本货币政策、财政政策有效性:抑制还是强化?

摘要：

人口老龄化使个体行为的生命周期特征迅速累积放大产生了显著的宏观经济效应和政策调整压力,该进程究竟会抑制还是强化货币政策与财政政策有效性,尚有争论。基于日本1983～2018年的季度数据,借助时变参数向量自回归模型的实证研究表明,近年来日本货币政策和财政政策效果正在逐渐下降。通过将老年人抚养比引入货币政策效果方程和财政乘数方程,文章进一步研究发现人口老龄化确实是导致日本货币政策和财政政策效果弱化的原因之一。
