摘要：

以2010～2017年中国A股上市企业为研究样本,采用logit模型,考察高管从军经历对企业绿色创新的影响。结果发现:高管从军经历正向促进了企业绿色技术创新和绿色管理创新,且该作用在民营企业中更加显著;融资约束会弱化高管从军经历对企业绿色技术创新的促进作用;高管从军经历能够弥补地方环境监管的不足,即地区环境规制越弱,高管从军经历对于企业绿色管理创新的促进作用越显著。
