LOW-FREQUENCY SCATTERING BY POLYGONAL CYLINDERS

In this paper are given the perturbed fields in a uniform field by conducting polygonal cylinders.Theseperturbed fields may serve as the approximate solution to the scattering problem of such cylinders at lowor very low radio frequency,or as the starting point for the rigorous series solution of the same problem.The results obtained are in a form of infinite series,whose coefficients can be found by integration andmay be given in a closed form for some cases.
