高水平大学教师本科教学投入及其影响因素分析

摘要：

通过对我国高水平大学中教师调查数据的分析可知:我国高校教师本科教学时间投入不低于美国研究型大学的水平,科研与本科教学活动的时间投入之间存在排斥效应,但对教师本科生教学投入热情并无显著影响。科研压力、学生评课压力、行政琐碎以及家庭-工作冲突等对教师投入热情具有负面影响,而教师的个人本科教学偏好则是提高教师投入热情的关键性变量。
