Having great advantages of small size,high reliability,large amount of informa-tion,low power consumption,low loss in T/R branch(therefore large effective radiatedonergy in system),and low noise,the fully soild-state active phased array radar issuitable for industrialized production of its components.The block diagram of S band T/R module developed by NEDI is shown as follows:
