<正>世界卫生组织和世界银行报道,抑郁和心血管疾病已成为全球的主要疾病经济负担之一[1]。流行病学调查显示,冠心病（coronary artery disease,CAD）人群中,抑郁现患率达14%47%,远高于普通人群的4%7%。1997年,Alexopoulous等[2]提出了"血管性抑郁"的概念,从一个侧面解释了抑郁产生的可能原因,即动脉粥样硬化可以使部分血管性疾病患者具有抑郁易感性,而动脉粥样硬化正是CAD的基
