基于临床实践指南的诊疗过程建模方法

摘要
为了促进临床实践指南的自动化实施,提出一种借助公开可用的标准和本体将临床实践指南转换为计算机可理解的诊疗过程模型的通用方法。该方法以临床实践指南为输入,提取诊疗过程主题元素,根据主题元素和本体模型构件之间的对应关系,创建具体实例完成诊疗过程建模。以《中国高血压防治指南(第三版)》为例,检验了该方法的有效性,构建了高血压诊疗过程GLIF模型。
