摘要
目的基于数据手套(Date-glove)技术结合计算机编程软件,开发脊髓病手功能评测系统(MFS)。方法分别选取确诊脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)患者及健康成年人各20例作为研究对象,应用Wise Glove数据手套获取10 s手屈伸测试(GRT)掌指关节的活动动态信号,以Visual C++为编程工具编写计算机软件模拟掌指关节的角度变化。结果 CSM组左手10 s GRT平均15.20次/10 s,右手平均15.45次/10 s,健康对照组左手平均23.42次/10 s,右手平均23.63次/10 s,两组同侧10 s GRT测试结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CSM患者存在不同程度的手部功能下降。结论 MFS具有集成度高、无创、定量、可靠、操作简便等特点,并首次采用Date-glove技术对脊髓病手功能进行量化分析。
