摘要：

张祖忻教授作为美国富布莱特项目研究的访问学者,最近正在佛罗里州达立大学开展教学系统技术项目的研究。巧的是负责接待并联系张祖忻教授研究活动的正是动机系统学说的著名专家约翰M·凯勒教授。动机系统设计是我国教育技术学领域包括绩效技术学者十分关注的研究项目之一。经本刊编辑部联系,张教授应约在大洋彼岸专访了凯勒教授,并结合他自己的研究,完成了这篇文章,以飨读者。
