This study is designed to investigate the biological risk factors of Suicide with Major Depressive Disorder(SMDD),mainly including population biological factors,severity of depressive disorder,blood lipids,neurobiochemical and neuroendocrine changes,molecular genetics and imaging and other aspects,and elaborate the problems like diagnosis difference,non-biological factors and sampling representativeness in line with the dilemma of research methodology.This study aims to understand the latest research trend of SMDD so as to provide the basis for further discuss and study its etiology and generation mechanism.
