政府和社会资本合作模式下合同提前终止的影响因素研究

摘要：

首先在对相关文献分析整理的基础上,从政府和社会资本合作(PPP)项目全寿命周期集成的视角,提取了15个造成合同提前终止的影响因素,明确每个影响因素的责任主体,然后进一步构建解释结构模型,阐明各影响因素之间的层次结构关系,分析导致PPP模式下合同提前终止的直接因素、间接因素和深层因素,最后指出政府和社会资本在项目不同阶段应着重关注的影响因素,并提出避免PPP项目合同提前终止的建议。
