摘要
教育政策与实践的国际转移一直是比较教育研究领域的一个重要课题。随着国际学业成就测试及排名表的兴起,教育大数据风靡全球,带来教育政策的去背景化以及基于政治功用的政策借鉴导向。从比较教育学的文化视角审视与分析这些问题十分有必要,一方面可以厘清教育政策转移的正确逻辑,另一方面可以防止非批判性的教育政策转移为世界各国带来的负面教育影响。
