半干旱区水资源—乡村发展耦合协调评价与实证研究——以通辽市为例

摘要
在界定水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调关系内涵的基础上,通过构建水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调度模型,利用通辽市2005—2014年的面板数据,对其水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调状态进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)通辽市水资源系统综合评价指数呈波浪式递增的趋势,且与农业用水总量呈负相关;(2)10年来通辽市乡村发展持续上升但总体水平较低,可分为缓慢增长、较快增长和快速增长三个阶段;(3)通辽市水资源—乡村发展系统耦合协调度不断提高,但耦合协调程度较低,且具有明显的阶段性,随着乡村发展加快造成的水资源系统压力增大,耦合协调度达到阈值。通辽市在促进水资源合理开发利用和乡村转型发展方面仍需做更多工作,以确保水资源—乡村发展系统的协调有序推进。
