生态福利绩效与深化可持续发展的研究

摘要：
基于可持续发展经济学的理论框架,通过对国内外文献的评述,文章提出从生态福利绩效的视角分析可持续发展问题。在全球整体的自然消耗已经超过生态环境承载能力以及各个国家(古巴除外)均不能"在生态环境的承载能力以内实现较高的福利水平"的前提下,研究生态福利绩效提出的理论基础、生态福利绩效的概念内涵和指标构建、生态福利绩效对于实现可持续发展的意义以及生态福利绩效和经济增长的关系,并在此基础上提出未来的研究方向,对全球和我国实现可持续发展的转型具有重要的理论和现实意义。
