摘要:
Relevant studies of international architecture are indispensible aspects for understanding international situation and adopting international strategy. The evolving international architecture and China’s peripheral security are closely related to whether China is able to maintain a sustainable security. The author argues that the status quo and future of the world multi-polar architecture should be comprehensively studied from various areas and scopes and cannot be separated from the angle of era background. The real force to change the future international architecture is the collective rise of emerging economies. The relationship among China, the United States,Russia and Japan in relation to architecture changes about every 10 years,an international severe imbalance of power is easy to generate war risks, and the emergence of non-traditional international architecture is an important factor to determine the relationship between the "super power" and the "emerging powers".An ideal model of a future international architecture should be:the existing "uni-polarity with multi-powers" architecture gradually develops into a cooperative architecture of "multi-powers coexistence" in multi-powers competition, and then peacefully transforms into a "multi-powers integration" anchored on the United Nations, and further builds a post-hegemony international system. But,whether China and the United States can build a new-type major powers relationship is a major key link.
