学术博客持续使用意愿:交互性、沉浸感与满意感的影响

摘要
识别学术博客持续使用意愿的影响因素成为其持续发展的重要问题。基于交互性模型和心流理论,提出学术博客持续使用意愿的理论模型,重点探讨不同维度的交互性、沉浸感与满意感对用户持续使用意愿的影响。以科学网博客为研究对象,通过在线问卷获得241份有效问卷,使用基于PLS的结构方程模型对模型进行验证。结果显示,满意感与用户持续意愿之间存在很强的正相关关系;沉浸感正向影响用户满意感与持续意愿。此外,不同维度的交互性对用户满意感和沉浸感的形成产生不同的作用。
