摘要：

美国高等教育在数百年的演进发展过程中逐渐形成了评估、监测、质量管理等共同构成的高等教育质量监测评估体系,体现了教育质量监测与评估的充分结合,认证体系是评估体系的核心和基础,附以大学排名和评级、满意度追踪调查、毕业生调查等实时监测高等教育质量,同时全面质量管理又可以保证其质量的持续改进,它们以不同方式从不同的方面共同保障和促进美国高等教育质量。
