中小企业治理与技术创新——基于中小企业板的实证研究

摘要：
本文以深交所中小企业板的44家上市公司为样本,对中小企业中大股东治理、管理层治理和债权人治理三个治理机制与技术创新的关系进行了研究。实证研究表明,大股东治理和管理层治理机制中的部分治理因素对企业技术创新产生了相对积极的影响,债权人治理的作用尚不确定。
