摘要：
P2Y12属于视紫红质类G蛋白偶联受体家族,是位于多种细胞膜表面的跨膜蛋白,P2Y12受体主要分布在血小板膜。当P2Y12受体与配体结合后,使血小板维持稳定及持久聚集,从而导致动脉血栓形成。P2Y12受体还表达于炎症细胞,对炎症细胞的激活及迁移有重要作用。抑制P2Y12受体具有抗炎作用,P2Y12受体抑制剂除抑制血小板激活、黏附、聚集外,其抗炎作用可能成为冠心病潜在的治疗靶点。
