Culture Conflict and Resolution in English Teaching

With the appearance of globalization,communication across cultures plays an important role in English learning.However,in the traditional English teaching of China,we have mainly focused on teaching grammar and language skills.In this paper,the author employs collaborative learning model with the author's teaching practice to illustrate the conflict resolution and the importance of cultures from a dialogue of team work in the process of teaching.And in order to educate the consciousness of students in communication across cultures,the author puts forward some suggestions.
