ABO incompatibility andcompatibility of Han Nationality were found to be 27 .7% (559/2021),72.3% (1462/2021 ) respectively. The data showed that there are a lotof factors influencing the occurrence cf ABO disease such as A2 sub-group, premature red blood cell and blood group substances which isconfirmed by the modified Voak Test. The incidence cf ABO diseasewas showed to be 11 .9% (241/2021 ), one third of the patients wereassociated with hyperbilirubinemia or anemia .This suggested the inci-dence of clinical ABO disease being 4 %.
