Sino-Japan cooperation and exchange on environmental protection of thermal power plants well under way

At the invitation of International Cooperation Center,Ja-pan Electric Power Information Center,Inc.,on Octo-ber 1-13,1990,a Chinese delegation on electric power environmen-tal protection,composed of four experts,visited Japan,lookingaround some advanced thermal power plants and attending thepanel discussion on environmental countermeasures for thermalpower plants made by Japanese relevant specialists.The delegationwas much impressed with the Japanese tasks and achievements inthe field of environmental protection.
