摘要
In the present work, the wear behaviour of coatings produced on Ti -6Al -4V alloy by plasma electrolysis oxidation method was studied. The wear resistances of the coatings with different thickness were contrasted. The wear tests were performed using a pin -on -disc wear machine under dry sliding conditions. The coated samples demonstrated wear rates up to 5-12 times lower than that of the uncoated substrates tested.
