青少年暴力犯的共情特点及其对罪犯矫治的启示

摘要：

研究考察了暴力犯青少年(214名)、强奸犯青少年(76名)和正常发展青少年(213名)在人际活动指标问卷上的得分差异,并考察了三组青少年的共情得分与年龄的相关关系,分析了上述结果对青少年罪犯矫治的启示。研究结果:(1)暴力犯、强奸犯的共情总分低于正常发展青少年;(2)两组犯罪青少年的共情得分无显著差异;(3)两组犯罪青少年的共情得分与年龄的相关不显著,而正常发展青少年组的共情得分与年龄呈显著正相关;(4)在青少年暴力犯的矫治中,需要根据其低共情特点进行有针对性的提高训练。
