摘要：

本文整合静态和动态视角,探讨了商业模式设计适应环境的进化机理。结果表明:商业模式结构复杂性在效率型商业模式与简单适应性间和创新型商业模式与复杂适应性间起中介作用。环境不确定性能调节商业模式结构复杂性在两类商业模式与组织适应性间的中介作用。该结论对中国企业进行商业模式设计、重构和进化有重要借鉴意义。
