During the 10th five-year plan, Chinese plastics industry had implemented the scientific concept of development, promoted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and had adhered to the way of new industrialization. The whole industry was thriving with its open up to the world. It played an increasingly important role in the nation’s economy. And now it is undergoing the change from a big plastics industry county into a powerful one
