荷兰基层互联网医疗的发展经验及启示

摘要：

荷兰基层互联网医疗服务供给以全科医生为主,在线诊疗服务覆盖90%以上居民,但居民对互联网医疗服务的知晓度与利用度不高,全科医生对互联网医疗的使用意愿不强,主要原因是相关政策和医保支付制度改革滞后。据此,提出我国发展互联网医疗的建议:改革医保支付制度,将互联网医疗纳入医保支付范围;明确信息安全与医疗责任界定;推行线上线下协同诊疗;实现医疗产业全链条在线化。
