摘要
为探讨干旱与水资源短缺之间的相互作用与发展规律,归纳总结干旱与水资源短缺的概念、内涵及评价指标,综述国内外关于两者间相互关系的研究进展,并展望干旱及水资源短缺的未来研究方向,以期为今后的研究提供一定的理论基础和借鉴。
