基于解释结构模型的知识共享影响因素分析

摘要：

为系统分析组织内部知识共享影响因素间关系,建立了知识共享影响因素的解释结构模型。对知识共享影响因素进行了系统地梳理,筛选出19项主要因素,运用解释结构方法,建立了知识共享影响因素的整体框架模型,并运用MICMAC分析法对知识共享影响因素进行了分类。结果表明,领导支持对知识共享的驱动性最强,是决定知识共享能否实现的最根本因素,个人担心失去竞争优势、个人的知识共享能力、时间因素、组织承诺以及个人的社会关系因素是决定知识共享能否实现的最直接原因,组织环境因素在促进组织成员知识共享的过程中发挥着基础作用。
